Re: 2 re-issues in reponse to a bad unit

Sometimes the Pending Verification process seems to switch from single to double issue i.e. Pending Validation or as somewhere referred to from PVer to PVal. Never analyzed, but maybe the 'Invalid' kicks that in motion, or the machine that returned the PVer (_1) had just lost it's reliability. It seems to have been simultaneously issued with _0 going by the time stamp i.e. normally would have been labelled PVal, maybe it was until the Invalid came back and 2 were sent out for a second opinion on _1. A task leading to invalid is not a good sign. A bug or a feature, it's not clear to me.
