Re: Profiles missing on Device Manager

What device profile?
You can recreate it if you go to the profile manager and you select one of the 4 standard profiles and configure it. If the profile is missing (for any reasons), it will be recreate by selecting the profile for configuring it.
Cheers,
Yves

Re: Profiles missing on Device Manager

Checked yesterday and today if anything had happened, but no, nothing.

Are your client logs still referring to the correct profiles? Are you looking in the correct account (just in case you have more than 1 member account).

Notably if a profile is not there anymore it should have moved to the top of that Devices Profiles screen and shown as

Create A New BOINC Device Profile for Home
Create A New BOINC Device Profile for Work
Create A New BOINC Device Profile for School

Maybe clearing browser cookies helps if not. Mine clear no later than closing the browser. (I hate being tracked beyond the session... I know tracking gotten worse as Amazon for instance knows who/where I am even when not logged in saying 'is your shipping address still the same and then giving my home address" even when the ISP has assigned an IP from a block counties away, so there must be some other fingerprinting, maybe the browser is serialised?)
