Hi Lavaflow,
----------------------------------------my answer was not related to creating an additional device profile but related to how to assign the additional device profile to a device. It is easier to create a new device profile than to assign it to a device, since non standard device profiles are not proposed in the selection list. Cheers, Yves |

Ah yes, overlooked that part of the hack, those private profiles not getting listed in the dropdown list. Sorry.

Thanks Yves, for explaining how to assign a device to the newly added profile. I didn't know how to accomplish that with Firefox, until you came by with your much needed help.
----------------------------------------NB To repeat @lavaflow, if you're creating the new "example" profile (see instructions here) it will be a copy of the "Default" profile.
