It does not appear that Q@H recognizes and uses a second GPU. There's no way to contact the aleph person. You can contact the project admin directly on twitter. He is Dr. Clinton Mielke, here https://twitter.com/subC0smos |

Scripps created Autodock and could have used the GPU, but chose to create the version for OPN which doesn't. I would prefer to wait until Scripps creates a GPU version of this one before jumping in. Until then, I can use the GPU on Folding.

They are working on it and let's hope it comes soon. My guess is the main difference between regular AutoDock and the one we have is the Reactive Docking Protocol. Maybe that's the only thing they need to integrate into the GPU version. Who knows.
----------------------------------------But they are working on it so let's hope for the best. It has to come soon otherwise this project will last a really, really long time. ![]() - AMD Ryzen 5 1600AF 6C/12T 3.2 GHz - 85W - AMD Ryzen 5 2500U 4C/8T 2.0 GHz - 28W - AMD Ryzen 7 7730U 8C/16T 3.0 GHz |
