sad selecting 1 projecting in preferences / all projects downloading

Hello,

I just selected only Africa Rainfall as project.
But my computer upload WU's of all projects.

What is up ?

Because ARP work is not always available, you are being sent work from other projects to avoid having your device go idle.

To solve this, go to your profile and deselect the following option:

If there is no work available for the project(s) I have selected above, please send me work from another project.

However, because of the random availability of ARP units, to get them you need to run some short duration units such as MCM. Then your machine will request ARP units whenever each MCM unit finishes.

Also, because of the size of the ARP units, it is not advisable to run more than half your threads with ARP.

Try setting your Device Profiles to Custom, request ARP & MCM only and restrict your cache to 100% of your threads for both MCM and ARP.

You should find that you will have enough ARP units within a day.
