That setting does not appear to be in client, only web site (I only use web site).
From the My projects page, select Device Manager in the first paragraph.
Click on the entry under Selected Profile for your device.
Scroll down and check the Advanced Options, and any other settings you may want to change.

Best to manage from website and select Use Web Prefs in client.
You may need to manually copy settings from client if you have changed them.

I would suggest cache settings of 1 day plus .3 (wording differs on web from client) to cover any WCG or network outages.
Also consider increasing checkpoint to 300 seconds or more.
