I only have a validated, granted credit total of 1,149.4 on WCG, but under "My Contributions", I have a score of nearly 9,000. What did I break?

Each BOINC point is worth 7 of the WCG points. The math doesn't exactly work out in your case, but that may be because of different updates on the two sites. This is a leftover from before WCG used BOINC.
