I think that change was made a few years ago. If the resend is being sent out within 24 hours of the original being sent, then the resend had the same 7 or 10 day deadline as the original.

I got another -02 resend this AM with a 3 day dead line... Since it also came with three normal ARP WU I am chuffed. This new reconditioned comp appears to be favored. I am getting completion within 13.25 Hr. Far cry from my laptop 2Days 10 hr.

I can confirm that early resends do have normal deadlines. The shorter deadlines are so that the units do not get delayed too much by needing to be resent.
