I would like to suggest an indicator of some kind be added to the name of Active Projects when they appear in lists like the Statistics by Project summarizations on the My Contributions tab. I think this could be something as little as adding an asterisk to the beginning of the name, which means they could be sorted (causing the Active Projects to appear at the top).

Messing with the 'official' project names does not strike me as a good idea for various reasons. If at all, an added field/column with Active/Intermittent/complete as can be seen
https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/stat/viewProjects.do is my recommendation. My Contribution is sorted in the A/I/C order and then secondary on date of launch and completion, something like that, so when looking at the MC page, anything above Beta is active, but then I'm sure many have never contributed to Beta, so would not see the distinction. It would thus have to be some added column with the A/I/C indicator. 2 cents |
