Mapping Cancer Markers OpenCL client

Dear Ladies & Sirs,
though I'm quite new to the project, this means a lot to me. My younger brother is suffering from the very rare type of peritoneal cancer. He's a big fighter undergoing chemical treatment, but in this stadium also his lungs are possibly affected. This week he consulted a speciaIist at university hospital in Hannover, Germany and is waiting for results.
I want to do everything to help him besides moral support. Mapping Cancer Markers will hopefully help many people in a similar situation, and I'd like to improve this further. So here's my question: Is it possible to design an OpenCL client (for Linux) for Mapping Cancer Markers? I'm not a big programmer myself, but willing to support, at least with beta testing.
Please share your thoughts about this.

Kind regards
stefan
