Smart Radiator

Hello,
I want to know if some of you had heard about a possible smart radio that we can configure with WCG.
Something like this Qarnot-QC1 but using Boinc.
I did not find anything about it, so I suppose that doesn't exist.
I think that can be possible to tinker something in order to have something close.
But I am looking for a real final product.
Best Regards,

Re: Smart Radiator

There are energy companies that put WAN computers in shape of radiators into homes to reduce waste of heating energy.

You can be assured that you will not get access to those computer, which I think is an added security risk to the energy company as well. If the idea took ever off beyond an experiment I do not know.

As for your smart radio, got one in the car. It stops playing when the smart phone rings. ;P)

Merely my attempt at humor. Sorry if it fell flat or struck the wrong nerve.

Re: Smart Radiator

You could unfortunately put any number of cities from a whole host of countries into that statement. We're baking here as well. :(
