You're welcome!
----------------------------------------Edit: Just saw this... There was a report on the news yesterday stating that the digital models Ubisoft made of Notre Dame will be the best source of accurate info on how to restore the cathedral. ![]() ---------------------------------------- [Edit 1 times, last edit by BladeD at Apr 18, 2019 5:16:15 AM] |

The fire was beyond ridiculus. Why one can not protect a extremely valuable buiding from fire is criminal. They say that the fire might have been started by an electrical short from an elevator. Why would there be electricity to an elevator that was not even being used? The call button for an elevator could be set up to start sending electricity to the elevator. I am sure that one could set up a sensor at the elevator so that a short pulse of electricity could be sent and the sensor could detect the lack of current caused by the short. Why wasn't there cameras around the building that could detect a fire by using AI? Even smoke detector that would tell a central location of smoke and where it is would be better that what they had. If they can not protect this building than what chance is there that one day my home will be better protected than it is today?
