I have a GTX 150 TI. I have been running WCG for years and now i would like to take advantage of the GPU. i don't seem to be able to get any work units that will work with GPU. i have played with the settings back and force. I enabled GPU and nothing. what am i missing?

The only thing that you're missing is that there are currently NO sub-projects here on WCG that will use a GPU. Nill. Nada.

Emilio, WCG has no GPU applications. If you would like to use your GPU, you will need to connect to another project that does GPU work. Einstein@home and GPUGrid are two possibilities.

I enabled GPU and nothing. what am i missing? 1st of all, pretty sure it's not 150Ti...probably 1050Ti, which I also have! 2nd, as WCG doesn't have some GPU apps for calcs...so you would need to select some other project to do so... example, my cards are doing a good job on SETi@home, making me one of top5 donators of GPU power from Croatia: https://setiathome.berkeley.edu/user_search.p...e=total&action=Search For more info about GPU projects run on BOINC, check here: https://boinc.berkeley.edu/wiki/GPU_computing ![]() |
