Reprocessing six batches

Greetings,

We were performing a review of batches completed and during that review we identified six batches for the OpenZika project that were not backed up and sent to the researchers properly. As a result, we are going to be re-running these six batches. They are:

  • ZIKA_000350346_x1r6r_DENV2_capsid_NMR_16
  • ZIKA_000350814_x1sfk_WNV_Capsid_3_2A_chAB
  • ZIKA_000351307_x1sfk_WNV_Capsid_3_2A_chAB
  • ZIKA_000367979_x1r6r_DENV2_capsid_NMR_5_s2
  • ZIKA_000368420_x1r6r_DENV2_capsid_NMR_5_s2
  • ZIKA_000382994_x1sfk_WNV_capsid_3_2A_chGH_s2

We apologize for the extra processing required to fix this. Fortunately, the six batches represent about 0.5% of one day's contribution from our volunteers so it won't take long to resolve.

thanks for your continued participation!

- Kevin

Re: Reprocessing six batches

Thanks for the info once again, but I believe there is a copy-paste error from MIP1 project post "re-running these two batches" should probably be "[...] six batches" ;)

Re: Reprocessing six batches

Very smart to state this here and now as opposed to someone seeing, questioning, and freaking people out over something incredibly small. Thanks much for the info!

Re: Reprocessing six batches

Only two of them look familiar to being processed by one of my devices:
  • ZIKA_000368420_x1r6r_DENV2_capsid_NMR_5_s2
  • ZIKA_000382994_x1sfk_WNV_capsid_3_2A_chGH_s2
The WUs that I identified are:
