Hello OpenZika volunteers,
----------------------------------------We have an update from the OpenZika research team, which you can read here. They have a new student team member, have continued presenting and publishing about the project at every opportunity, and are starting to use machine learning to help analyze the massive amounts of data generated by the WCG calculations. Thanks to everyone who is supporting this project. ErikaT [Edit 1 times, last edit by ErikaT at Dec 20, 2018 8:49:41 PM] |

Lots of great work going on in the Zika labs. I hope we'll actually get to read the papers.
----------------------------------------The last line I believe is a fallacy, "...all the volunteers who are donating their unused computing time to this project!" I think if you look at the data of the WUs returned you'll find there are several fairly large size dedicated calc clusters. There's not enough data provided for an outsider to analyze the conjecture. I'm working on a project to double my WUs returned in the coming days. Dr. Andrade did you know "Volunteers" are able to earn Gridcoin (GRC) based on their relative work submitted??? GRC is currently about a penny. I guesstimate that it needs to be over a nickel to cover ones electric bill. ...KRI please cancel all shadow-banning |
