Aborted by Project ..

I've got BOINC installed on my system or should I say several systems and on two of my systems I have had tasks error out and return less than 2% with a "Aborted by Project" .

This has happened three times on both machines

I have just signed up too WCG so this is very new to me as I have only previously taken part in SETI@Home under BOINC.

Is their a reason for this and is it something I am doing wrong.

Can anyone advise please.

"Server aborted" is explained in the help: https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/help/viewTopic.do?shortName=techafter#671

However, this should not happen once the WU has actually started processing. As far as I know this has to triggered by the admins, and is only done when it is known that there is a serious issue with the science app or WUs that justifies ending them prematurely.

In both cases it is absolutely not because you have done anything wrong.
