Hello WCG-Community,
----------------------------------------From Nov 16th to Nov 22nd 2018 SETI.Germany is arranging a challenge at World Community Grid on the occasion of the grids 14th birthday:  We would like to invite every team to participate in the challenge and hope that your team and many members of your team will be joining and participting this party. How to join the birthday party: !!Be aware, only your WCG-Team-Captain can join your team to the challenge!! So get in contact with your team captain!!! If the captain is not available anymore, get in contact with the techs on WCG. It will take a few weeks before the captain's takeover can be completed. More information and statistics (HOURLY UPDATED after start) regarding the challenge can be found here: http://www.seti-germany.de/wcg/1_en_Welcome.html (site is under construction, so not everything is up to date!!) I would love to crunch in this challenge. I'll be looking for a team to throw in with. How/where do you get hourly statistics to post on the seti-germany website? Cheers   |

Hello NixChix,
----------------------------------------during the day we use the xml function of the BOINC server and multiply the values by a factor of 7 to calculate the wcg points. After publication of the challenge statistics the values are automatically adjusted.
