They haven't told us anything about new targets or the likely number of new WU's, or when they're likely to actually start. To be honest, I find the figure of 1% rather unbelievable too. I suspect it was a lazy fix just to tell people that we'll get some one day.

1% seems that task cache was cleared... I expect it will get somewhere to 60-70% upon new batch deployment
