XtremeSystems is an International team and the #5 WCG Team with a total contribution of 7.4 billion points and 27,286 years run time. There are 7 XS members in the top 100 with 90 members actively contributing. XS participates in competitions and members contribute to other Boinc projects. We have a very active forums with members from counties the world over. Our team leader posts daily team statistics as well as pie charts and graphs. Members post milestones for the different Boinc projects.
We are a friendly and accepting group who enjoy a good laugh, friendly competition and the friendships built over time. We are newb friendly and never complain about the number of times a question gets asked. We just answer it. We love talking about and posting pictures of computer hardware, discussing the latest hardware and showing off our latest build. We have members with long term experience and knowledge of hardware, Windows, Linux and Boinc. Our busiest thread is the jokes thread. I should add we have a focus on the cancer projects, having lost 2 members to cancer as well as most have lost family and friends as well. We do participate in all WCG projects though.

Stop by and say hello! Hello poppageek  Thank you for opening this team thread. Even when you are a big, strong team, I think a team thread for visibility, interaction, and recruitment of new members is a mighty good thing and the team side of the Forum needs a boost. My benefactor, OldChap - the 36ish one  - has his home there and invited me to read at your jokes thread in your Forum as you mention. I come there far too seldom, but I can give my best recommendations  I hope this thread will give you new Xtreme members  |
