Will do. Is computing single-threaded, 90% storage, 90% ram.
I had to increase the ram from default. Will report back. |

I am running boinc + boinc tasks on around 13 phones (only SSC), and I'm not getting this error.

Try running only SSC without OZ and see what happens OP mentioned that SCC and Zika were being ran, but I was wondering the same thing, if possibly the zika units are messing with the device. I have around a dozen androids myself running SCC exclusively, and have not seen any strangeness on them. skelband- can you try changing your profile for your androids to pull only SCC workunits, reset the project to purge any zika stuff still floating around in the BOINC directory, and see if one SCC workunit is successful? |

Are you using these phones for anything else or as dedicated crunchers? I have a nexus 5 that could not complete a ZIKA task while I was using it as a phone. I'm not positive, but I think that there is an issue when you start using other apps, which then use RAM, and this somehow causes the segmentation violation (potentially because of an unsuccessful RAM swap?).
----------------------------------------Since the phone has been replaced and moved into my dedicated cruncher pool, I haven't had problems running 2/4 cores 24/7 on SCC. I would also suggest what others have: try running SCC only to determine if it is a ZIKA issue. |

Good point, but I mostly do crunching on the phone at night when I leave it on the charger and they barf as well. One SCC task successfully processed. Will continue through the night to see if it is consistent.

Been running successfully on 2 cores. Looks like we have a winner!
