Yes OET1, SCC1, and ZIKA should all be back up and catching up. HST1 is still down but should be back up soon.

Does all of this roll on to verification? I notice that I have just passed the 40 WU mark for SCC in PV jail whereas I normally only have a maximum of 6.

Ron,

Your issue isn't related. It looks like you had a host that was marked unreliable and it is running redundant copies until it gets marked reliable again. Once enough wingmen come back and those pending validations validate for that host things should go back to normal. Any work you have downloaded before it gets marked reliable again will have to run redundant. Let me know if things don't clear.
