My PC stopped uploading for some reason: it write "Upload: pending (project backoff: 00:14:40)" [the time is counting down], or "Upload: retry in 00:07:40 (project backoff: 00:14:40)" [the times are not sync and are counting down]. I press "Retry Now", and I have internet connection so I am a bit confused. I looked for it in the general FAQ and didn't find anything.

I'm having the same problem. I've tried restarting but still the same problem.
