It used to be something like 35% of the original (HST1 always kept 10days and FAH2 4 days), but now I'm seeing 5 minute jobs getting 10 days too

After the filesystem issues of last week we were getting a high enough number of resends that it was clogging the feeder for awhile. As a result we temporarily disabled the reliable mechanism (which is what shortens the deadlines). We have turned the mechanism back on and resends will resume being sent with a reduce deadline. Thanks for the reminder!
