Failure to retrieve 'Notices'
Hi, I get repeated prompts that I have one new Notice to read. However when I click on the link or on the Notices tab the browser opens and tries to connect to 'LocalHost' which or coarse it fails to do. This all started with the latest update to BONIC. What setting do I need to change to correct this. I am running on OSX 10.12.5 with Safari 10.1.1
