Hello.
I use a VPN provider to mask my browsing history from my ISP. My VPN exit server can be located in a different state, or even a different country. Does the source IP of the file submission control the credited country / state, or does the location of the profile determine this? Thank you. |

The credited country is what you registered in your account profile.
