Seke... I did a search for the RTFM within the WCG and just found references to the Read The "Friendly" Manual. (SNAFU does not have friendly in it) Would you please post the url for RTFM? Never mind SEKE... this old dog did not need no stinnnken manual. I used the google to figure out the advanced installation... NO NEED TO PLAY AROUND WITH AUTOEXEC FILES!!!!! The HP 100LX Palmtop tool!   |

MANY THANKS SEKE!!! I wish I did it in November when I got back from a week trip to Utah, 3 of my machines hand been reset/logged off. A big hit on my crunching stats. Installation was amazing ... Uninstall BOINC, reinstall BOINC IN ADVANCED --- SERVICES MODE SELECTED. and my original tasks running restart. Somebody sure had their thinking hat when they designed the account recover software!!!

Thanks Citizen, considering how easy it is to uninstall and install without losing progress on existing tasks it should be the default installation except for people using GPU processing.
