amd fx-9590 crashes if boinc set more than 2 cores

I have a AMD FX 9590 running on a Sabertooth 990FX board. If I set more than 2 cores it crashes and returns to the sign-in screen. With 2 cores running at 100% the actual CPU load is 30%. It runs at 102 to 110 F normally. Any ideas.
I have a water cooler, 32 gigs RAM, 1 T SSD and running at 4.7 Gz. Not overclocking. I'm trying to dump the error log file, but it happens so quickly I'm not finding info. I run all available project files including beta. Doesn't seem to be related to files. I'm also talking in a Boinc forum that suggested I should ask over here too. I've tried talking with AMD and they have no ideas.

Duplicate posting? Stick with the other post perhaps.
