I suggest that you uninstall everything, start over and watch where it goes wrong. What is the output of "sudo apt-get install boinc-client boinc-manager"?

Run the following command to unlock the apt package managers.

- sudo rm /var/cache/apt/archives/lock

Now update the sources list using command:

- sudo apt-get update

Finally try again to install the packages you want.
