And i select the correct project (yesterday, for me, the bronze badge).
I think queue is empty

No problem filling up here with SCC at 12:50 UTC. I hope your lack of workunits was a temporary problem.

I find sometimes it is Windoze, other times Linux. . . .

I would recommend running at least a 0.25 day cache.
