I have WCG set to not accept new jobs. And over the weekend I returned to my computer to find this popup fahv project on my screen. Any idea what it is or where it came from?

That dialogue should only pop-up if you are in the process of attaching to a new BOINC project* that is not known to BOINC. It is very odd that you got that message if you weren't in the process of adding a new BOINC project.
Can you post your messages log and a list of projects that your manager shows you attached to? * In BOINC speak, World Community Grid is a project and FightAIDS@Home is an application. |
