Yes, this has been reported a number of times before but normally when trying to upload a WU. As shown in the log snippet below, the upload worked fine and new work was being requested - well, actually, it was trying to report work and get new work but the upload was done. Rebooting BOINC, or when simpler, rebooting the machine has always resolved the problem. Still, this is happening pretty much daily with some random machine of mine. Do we know if this is specific to WCG or does it occur on other projects indicating a possible bug in BOINC? With this happening so often, it's getting old fast.

EDIT: Another WU completed on this machine and it also uploaded fine. However, I now have two WU sitting in Ready To Report status - so waiting for the next WU to do its thing isn't helping. Going to go ahead and recycle to get this fixed - again.

EDIT2: After rebooting, BOINC log shows WUs reporting fine and new work being sent and downloaded. However, what caught my eye was the phrase "Resending lost task". It would appear that new work was attempting to be sent prior to the reboot but my machine was not aware of that due to the error and didn't know it needed to receive anything.
