Repair task is going to miss its deadline

The BOINC preferences for my hyper-threaded i5-3230M Windows 7 system are set to have a minimum 0.5 days work in the queue + 3 additional days. It looks like it's just going to miss the deadline for an HST1 _4 task with a 3.5 day deadline because the initial runtime estimate of 7:06:26 was way too low.

BOINC had a load of UGM1 tasks in the work queue before the HST1 task, so it was only started yesterday. That should have been plenty of time to finish within the deadline, but so far it has run for 28:04:47 and is projected to take another 2:21:33. That estimate seems about right (it's at 92.4%), in which case the deadline will be missed by about 15 minutes. That mean an _5 task will be generated, but given that 2 of the previous tasks are currently pending verification (with wildly different credit claims of 195.5 and 359.0) I'd be surprised if my task doesn't validate, in which case the _5 task will soon become redundant.
