Rogue unit [Resolved]

I have the following unit: HST1_007684_000098_AC0012_T350_F00081_S00009. This unit hangs my system. This has never happened before. The system is a dual xeon e5410 with 8gb of memory running Linux Mint 16. Just to be sure it was this unit giving the problem, I let everything else in the queue finish and let this run all by itself. It will run for between 30 to 90 seconds, hang the system, and then the system will do its own restart after about 20 seconds. I noticed this when I had 7 other MCM units running, which is why I emptied the queue so there was no question it was this unit. All of the MCM units ran with no problem. I will be aborting the unit, hoping the techs can find the answer.
Cheers

Re: Rogue unit

Of course, 'what, my system is rock solid!', but is there an outside chance this WU happens to hit on hi, little used memory registers that got a bad bit and then barking? Then with Process Explorer on top (Dexpot is thé tool to get the always-on-top for almost any open window, even sub subs), monitor the task and maybe the event viewer has something to tell.

Re: Rogue unit

It must have been some problem with my machine because the other two people who had the WU both ended up "valid." If it should happen again, on one of the few chances I get with TB units, I will try the proposed Dexpot suggestion.
Cheers
