I see on my completed work units page, I have one I completed, (HST1_005407_000019_AC0028_T300_F00019_S00007_0--), but have received no credit for. It has, as its status, "Too Late". The work unit was sent 13/07/16 08:03:22 and returned 13/07/16 21:44:51, ie. later the same day, with a run time of 13:10. Explanation requested.

Okay, it says credit will be granted, the unit was returned more than two weeks ago, and is about to fall off my returned work unit list. When will the credit be granted? I don't think "Too Late" is a good status to apply here, it makes people wonder what the heck is happening.

It'll fall off your Results Status list when all copies have Errored or otherwise completed, plus a day or two. I believe that the credit grant is a manual process so keep your fingers crossed.
