Can anyone tell me why I am getting this error on OpenZika Tasks:

I had a similar problem several months ago so I am not certain about the exact message I received.
----------------------------------------I had been running BOINC on Windows under my own username so it only ran when I was logged in (so I could run the HCC GPU tasks). I decided to change to running as a service. I believe I had the problem after just doing an install as a service over the top of the existing BOINC installation. My solution was to uninstall BOINC. I cannot remember if I then deleted any BOINC folders in Program Files and Program Data. I did a clean install of BOINC as a service and it started working again.
