This is when you wish you had installed UDMon despite having an always on broadband connection. Should have learned my lesson with trouble at 'the other place'. My wee sister is crunching her way through 10 slots with no worries and I'm stopped dead.
Never mind F-a-D will benefit from it. |

Notebook is getting a well deserved cool down break this morning.  Only thing I've seen UDmon doing at the other place, is helping peeps loose more points. |

Notebook is getting a well deserved cool down break this morning. Only thing I've seen UDmon doing at the other place, is helping peeps loose more points. Same here for me. I tried 3 times to connect a result and it kept backing out. I am in the Central Time Zone, also in Austin. But here, UDMonitor is performing its function. I have returned hundreds of results and not lost points on any of them. I can hold out for about 6 days until I run out of the other 23 slots to crunch on an AMD64 3400+. At least the vultures will get some useful work from -->ME<--.  DIMES has a new version, 0.4.2. I already installed that one yesterday.

Currently results of 3 completed WUs cannot be sent to the WCG server. It seems that something wrong with the server.

Hang in there folks. I have been trying to contact one of the techs by telephone and his number has been busy for the past 20 minutes or so. Hopefully this means he is working on it. I will continue to try to reach one of the techs.

Technical support has been notified, and rest assured we're working to fix the problem as fast as possible. I am in the same boat as many of you with my agent waiting until the problem is resolved...
