My BOINC manager is not downloading any new tasks…

The message says one or more tasks are suspended.
In boinc manager select the tasks tab. Check the status column for any suspended tasks. Select any such tasks and then click on 'resume' button on the left. |

Well, it will, for the project against which you have suspended tasks!, unless you have a really really old client, which would not get work because it is no longer compliant with the latest certificate / SSL requirements that WCG has set. If you want to argue with what the client prints, argue with the client ;P) |
