New Beta Test for PC - May 13, 2016

We are conducting an updated beta for the beta which started on May 5th. The graphics application has been added and a bug which was causing some invalids in the Android application has been addressed. The data from the first beta has been used to help size the workunits so we should start to see longer and more uniform runtimes.
