Screensaver too bright

I let this run at night. The screensaver on this one is so bright it lights up the room. So I had to omit it.

Re: Screensaver too bright

An alternative could be to turn off the monitor.

Re: Screensaver too bright

Never seen this irk before 'too bright', but the BOINC screensaver can be set to how long to show and when to turn blank, which is the moment where the power saving function can me made to kick in [via the OS/Desktop power management options]. Each of the 4 BOINC screensaver controls [slides] can be set from 0 minutes to 1 hour, or never.
