Wrong password/user name

I finally downloaded version 7.2.47 (x86) for my computer and installed it.

when I went to connect to WCG it said wrong password and user name. So I checked my password i use to log into the site and it worked.

I tried the forgot password link and even though my PW only contains letters and numbers, It says "Password can only contain letters and numbers"

My Tablet is working away haply but I can't get this to work.

And yes I checked my cap lock

Any help would be great.

This "Password can only contain letters and numbers" is only relevant when creating a password. Make sure to enter the existing member sequence, and enter the name ticares and not the email address.

When attaching a project to a client, above the input boxes for mail/password , there's the question of whether you are an existing member/existing user or not. You tick the Yes box when it comes up.

Not getting any the wiser... please post a screenshot of where the sign-in / attaching fails.

(Yeepers was maybe referring to yourself in the 3rd person, there existing a horror movie called Jeepers Creepers ;)

Resolved it works now. Strange. Didn't do anything different.
