units not received

On my WCG results status list is a number of wu for MCM, OET, FAHV & a Beta. These my computer has not received. I have no problem with my 2nd computer.
I followed up the Beta unit and see that it lists another four that I did not receive either within the last few days and for the one I'm supposed to have the page entry says 'no reply'.
There's a glitch somewhere either in the webpage or the server

I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. However the last FAHV workunit was returned on 11/6/2015. Perhaps you have just turned on your computer for the first time is several months? If not then this problem of yours is indeed a first. I don't know of any case where workunits show up in Results Status without being received by the computer. Good luck with this.

Yes, it was off for seven weeks but I turned it on 2 weeks ago and have successfully crunched WCG (MCM, UGM & OET) & other units since. There still there; first time its happened (that I know about). I would like it solved soon as it is blocking me from receiving units

Ok. So the problem is that you are not receiving any new workunits? Even though you have successfully crunched some since you turned on your computer two weeks ago? When you say "There still there" do you mean that they won't upload from Boinc Manager or are you concerned that they are still listed in Results Status?

It may help if we had more information. In addition to answering the above questions do the following: Reboot the computer, start Boinc Manager and then copy the first 50 lines of the Event Log to a reply to this thread.

The six units are on my WCG result page as being "in progress" (except for one that says "no reply") on WIN-PC but these have not uploaded.
The last communication from the WCG, according to the event log, was on 21st Feb, 14.04.34, which states "Schedule request failed. Failed writing received data to disk/application" & then "project communication failed, attempting access to reference site" and then "Internet access OK - project servers maybe temporarily down".
Since then no communication. so it maybe that the link between server and that computer is broken, this is not a problem with other projects or with WCG units on my other computer
I'm not sure whether rebooting is the answer, its a bit inconvenient at the moment but will do so if there is no alternative.

We'd like to help everyone, but not everyone is helping the problem resolvers , by answering [ALL] the diagnostic questions of the VOLUNTEER Helpers.

Numero uno:

You've found the Event log, so now please post a copy of it, all the way from start-up through to where all the problems have been logged [work not being sent, work failing to upload, any and all problems].

When this is posted we'll be able to 'read' your system and help you, hopefully.
