Change in Results Status page

I noticed that when I now click on a task on my Results Status page, everyone who has run that task now has the OS and OS type shown. My system is now on Win 10 and was upgraded FROM Win 7. It is listed as Win 8.1 under OS type. If anyone is using that information, some OS types may be shown incorrectly.

My system is now on Win 10 and was upgraded FROM Win 7. It is listed as Win 8.1 under OS type.

If your Event Log also says Win 8.1, I suspect that you may need to update BOINC to 7.4.42 on that machine (as per BOINC Release Notes).

Excellent, and just as it was promised at least 1 blue moon ago :D [did ask for it to show in the Result logs, which then would inform member to member support when posting a problem log, but would have required rebuilding the apps]. The OS detail version column is great so for Android can see mine is 6.01 and a wingman is 4.3.
