Don't like the sound of the grapefuit sized hail you were having last week. I'm in the north of Scotland and we can have some pretty bad weather here but that sounds pretty rough! Anyway thanks for all the effort with the stats, much appreciated!

yes , LOL esp nice on one of the very few times i have ever topped our daily list, i expect to hover around 3rd to 5th on daily points for some time yet , until other s get more puters or more members etc cos mine are now maxxed out as much as possilbe, the dually i got a month ago is really pumping them out..
yay, unfortunately a rare occurence with the occasional extra long work unit or extra long wait for boinc validation ... cheers.. btw i am still playing with 2 pentium H/T puters doing 2 wu's at a time i am not sure if it is really any help or not, it might push yhroughput up by 10 - 20% as guess or maybe not, also it might increase points/runtime ?? since changing to boinc i am getting consistently higher pooints, i am guess ing that if my puters are a bit faster than average then boinc avergaes - sought of, results so we might all get smae points but i might get a few more per unit time :) hint hint!! :)

Although it's not all been for this team, my total points contribution to the grid has just passed the 500,000 mark. Very pleased with myself! Possibility i might have to drop a couple of machines in the next few weeks though which isn't so good. They are older work machines which have seen better days and need to be recycled under the work scheme, they are not big contributors but between the 2 of them they probably notch up 1000 points a day so that will be a big loss for me. Anyway great crunching team!

Good work on that half-a-gig points! If the machines are replaced, we hope to see something from the new computers. It may not be as many points .... but it should give you more results, which is what we're after.

A Pentium III/500 here is still crunching an HPF unit every few days. There's still some use left in the old machines.
