Tasks continue running after 100% progress point

Hi

I've recently started running Word Community Grid on an Android phone.

All tasks downloaded to date have been OET. I have little idea of what to expect in terms of performance from this device but I have noticed that once a task reaches "100%" it just keeps on "running" - usually for some hours. Often I have two or three cores continuing to run tasks that are, supposedly, "100%" complete.

Eventually, at some point, the task does end and a new task starts but I just wonder why this is happening?

Any thoughts/explanation would be welcome. Thanks.

Yes they do, quite a few thread discuss this in the Ebola and Android forum. This can last up to 10 hours and they all finish with validation. (See those other threads for the possible 'why')

Thanks for that information - and the pointer to the other threads. Somehow I completely failed to notice that there was an Android Forum!
