Please, how can I disable the world community grid icon on system tray to the Windows 2000 and XP ? Thank's a lot !  |

Hello.. Please, how can I disable the world community grid icon on system tray to the Windows 2000 and XP ? Thank's a lot ! Right click on "Start icon" bottom left hand corner. Right click "properties" left click "taskbar" tab- right click" Customize" button, find World Community Grid Agent in current items list, left click on it, change "hide when inactive" to "Always hide" Click OK. Done!. |

The only way of removing the icon from the system tray that I am aware of is to run the World Community Grid software as a service. You can find instructions for doing this here. Best regards, |
