sad No New Wu's for 2 months
I have received no new Wu's for 2 months approx. Repeated attempts using the 'Update' function fail

The experts (not me) need more information to help you.
Please restart your computer, let BOINC fully start, issue the 'update' function and then copy the BOINC event log into this forum.

Event log: Ctrl+Shft+E, select all / copy all > paste or Ctrl+v in reply.

@Techs, chance of a wakeup call? Yet another case, 2 months of lost contribution by a volunteer because of something on with those 2 .png files.

This was discussed in an entry 'download failure' starting 31st Oct 2015 in the BOINC Agent Support forum. An upgrade to BOINC 7.6.9 solved the problem for me.
