Re: BOINC: Another scheduler instance is running for this host?

See a pile-up of invalids for FAHB up to the point where reporting fails. Reason for flipping the off-switch?

And all of the above, API / Scrapes sometimes working, second pass usually. Website telling the SSL fails with error page.

Re: BOINC: Another scheduler instance is running for this host?

Ok, I have reset a few things on our end just now. I'm still looking into the issue and i'm monitoring the scheduler log right now.

Thanks,
-Uplinger

Re: BOINC: Another scheduler instance is running for this host?

Hi Uplinger,

Was the reset supposed to have fixed it? I'm still not getting work returned from any of my devices.

Thanks!

Re: BOINC: Another scheduler instance is running for this host?

Was doing the same for me. Now seems to be working fine again though.

Thank you.

The reset is supposed to have fixed it. The scheduler however is very busy right now, so members will be seeing a busy notice now. It should clear up soon.

As a side note, I determined the root cause, being an account being locked that didn't allow for logrotate to properly work. Thus the filesystem became full. The reset had a clearing of space but I have also unlocked the account and logrotate should be working again as scheduled.

Thanks,
-Uplinger

Upload & Reporting is working now.
FAH2 wu are staying in Pending Validation state.
Is the validator for FAH2 not running or is this caused by the massive uploads?

Re: BOINC: Another scheduler instance is running for this host?

FAH2 validators back off when the trickle handler gets behind. With the onslaught of scheduler requests, the trickle handler is a little behind. The validators will be turning on shortly from what I see in the logs.

Thanks,
-Uplinger
