I know of 3 people (including myself) that have had a problem over the course of the past few days with WU's completing but when the agent communicates with the server there is no credit given for the completed unit and a new unit is downloaded.
Is anyone else seeing this? If this has heppened to 3 different people then it seems as though it's not related to the users' PC's. Do the admins have the facility of checking if individual devices are returning corrupted units? Are the units corrupted, or are they returning OK? |

Hello VAIO GRX616,
Do the admins have the facility of checking if individual devices are returning corrupted units? Are the units corrupted, or are they returning OK? Yes, if you send in this information in a 'Contact Us' report (specifying the computer if you have more than one and the approximate time) then the staff can query the server records. At least twice this has revealed a protein or type of protein that our version of Rosetta cannot handle. Probably because of a program flaw, but I do not know for sure. Keep in mind that this sort of investigation can take several days to run. Have a great weekend! mycrofth |
