System Updates coming Sunday Sept 20, 2015 at 0300 GMT

We need to update some configurations to our servers which require things to be cycled. I expect the outage to be around 5 minutes but have it planned for longer.

Why would they? WCG servers have nothing to do with the BOINC servers.
