Good question. I can't find anything online about when panel participants will be announced. I looked at their timeline and they have various deadlines extending through November but nothing on who was picked or when the "winners" will be announced.
----------------------------------------I assume that WCG would be notified first and then would be expected to register by one of the deadlines but apparently there's no public information available - at least not that I could find. Considering that they seem to be tripping over themselves to make this "interactive" it seems odd that they don't bother to announce the results.   |

No announcement by SXSW yet. I believe they announce the lineup in the 3rd week of Oct, so we should hopefully hear in the next couple of weeks.
